Paleo Mango Curry


SERVES 3

Ingredients
450g Chicken
2 Mangoes
1 cup Coconut Milk
2tbs Green Curry Paste
3 Cups Chopped Broccoli
1 Onion

Slice and caramelise the onion, put to the side. Brown the chicken in a large non stick pan with a dash of coconut oil, and put to the side. Using the same pan place the curry paste in and allow to 'break' add the milk, chicken, sliced mango, onions and broccoli. Mix well cover and simmer for 10 min.
